You can tell it's a quality product the minute you see it. The matte black stainless finish is beautiful. The interior space and lighting is fantastic. Super easy to keep clean as there are no fingerprints left on the finish. Would highly recommend this product to anyone looking to add a quality appliance that looks amazing to their kitchen!

Don"t buy this refridgerator

We purchased this product a month ago for $4000.00. So far we have had no ice for 3 weeeks. We have had a repair man 3 times . Still no fix. I do not blame the repairman. Last week the water thru the door stopped working and began again one day later. We have another appointment on Thursday the 4/16/2026. Thought I was buying qualtity. Guess not. Aweful.

Well designed storage

Fridge looks great and the interior storage is well designed. We switched to a counter-depth and were surprised that everything still fits. We use a lot of ice and followed the suggestion in the video to get an extra container for it in the freezer and have had no issues. The black stainless looks great but the only caveat is that it is not the same shade of black as other Bosch appliances that are advertised as the same color. The fridge is darker than the range.

Worst Customer Service .....

I had a Bosch for 1 year and the ice maker stopped working. I reached out to their support and had to get a tech to try to fix it. Since it was past the 1st year I had to pay for the parts. After 3 trips and paying over a $1,000 for 3 different parts and 2 different techs. They approved a replacement but never once followed up with an email to let me know the next steps. I had to call each time wait on hold for nearly an hour each time and ask for the next step. After 9 months of these weekly calls from me they final sent me an invoice to buy the exact same refrigerator at a discounted amount.

Disappointing Purchase

We bought our Bosch refrigerator in September of 2021. We are having issues with the ice maker again. The first time we had the motor replaced and that seemed to work for a while. We are now faced with having to replace the entire ice maker. We went with Bosch and paid a little more than we wanted to because we believed they made quality applicances. Having ice maker issues 2x in 4 years has changed our minds.

I purchased a Bosch refrigerator 3 years ago. After having it for a year and a half, the water and ice in the door no longer worked. I tried all of the trouble shooting tips and then after 4 repair visits that cost me over $500 it still did not work. The Bosch certified repairman and Bosch decided that it was a part that Bosch no longer made. Since it was out of warranty at this point they offered to replace the fridge at cost. The fridge was still less than two years old when I started having problems but I spent 8 months trying to get it fixed so then out of warranty. It cost me over$1000 to replace it but I had no choice at this point if I wanted my new fridge to work. I will never buy another Bosch refrigerator. They do not stand behind their products. I hope the new one lasts more than 2 years.

New Refrigerator!

After 20 years we had to get a new refrigerator. It was a deer in the headlight shopping experience. The ABT salesman was very helpful and asking us the right questions. Install was just completed and waiting for the unit to get to operating temp. Very excited for all the space!! After 20 years of side by side I feel like I win the lottery! Looking forward to another 20 years (along with our wonderful Bosch dishwasher!)

We bought thisWe bought in year 3 years ago. We bought the extended warranty from Lowe's. The ice maker stopped working in year and we had warranty work done on it. In year three, not only the ice maker broke but the entire front panel stopped working. Had two service calls from Bosch repair people and they can't figure out what's wrong with it. Lowe's says the extended warranty is expired. Bosch says it's still in effect so nothing's been done. It's been over a month and we're still waiting for Bosch to respond to our request since they said they would offer us a perrated amount for the refrigerator. We asked Lowe's management to help and we still not getting a response. I would not recommend Bosch or their products to anyone.

Beautiful, but problematic

I love the look of this black stainless fridge, but it has come with problems. First, it came with a dent in the side and on the bottom right corner of the freezer. Since I had waited for 1-1/2 months, I kept it. Two weeks later, I awoke to a flood in my kitchen and water draining from the inside of the fridge at a rate of about a gallon every five minutes. It was not a plumbing problem, as there was no water behind the fridge. I am waiting for a tech to come out to assess the problem. I'm worried that if they move the fridge to their warehouse, it will come back with damage to the front. I hope Bosch stands by their product and replaces this fridge. I will amend this review once the problem is fixed.

don't buy if you want crushed ice

good fridge except for the ice maker. crushed ice hangs in the dispenser and melts into the fridge section making a mess. Bosch support has no solution. only solution is don't use crushed ice.
