General Return Policies at a Glance
To avoid having to return items, please read all item specifications before purchase and work with your sales person if you have questions prior to placing your order.
Damaged items may be refused upon delivery. If you are unable to inspect at time of delivery you have 48 hours to make a damage claim.
After signing for and accepting your item, you are responsible for all damage claims not reported within 48 hrs.
If you have accepted the delivery and the appliance is damaged or defective, we will schedule service to repair the damaged or defective appliance.
If the damaged product cannot be repaired it must be returned within 30 days of delivery. There will not be any extensions on this time for an exchange or refund.
Contact Interstate Kitchen Supply@ 216-749-1366 to arrange service or you may call the manufacturer directly if product is defective and requires service.
In the event of a return, you must contact Interstate Kitchen Supply @ 216-749-1366 to receive a return authorization. We will not accept any returns without an authorization.
All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
We do not accept returns on special ordered items.
Shipping and handling charges to and from our warehouse are not refundable for returned items.
Returned products will not be accepted unless they are in brand-new condition with all packaging, product literature and blank warranty cards enclosed in the exact condition as received.
We are not responsible for any missing, incorrect or damaged products delivered more than 30 days old.
Interstate Kitchen Supply does not accept returns for any item that has been installed, used or plugged in. All items must be like-new, in original packaging.
Interstate Kitchen Supply reserves the right to refuse returns.
